Título: Recent Trends in Hypervolume-based Multiobjective Optimization
Resumo: The problem of finding a diverse approximation to a Pareto frontier in multiobjective optimization can be recast as finding a set of solutions that maximizes the hypervolume indicator. Based on this general approach, efficient algorithms for Pareto front approximation have been formulated, such as HyPE and SMS-EMOA. Besides this, recent advances in the efficient computation of the hypervolume indicator and in the analysis of its theoretical properties have been achieved. However, in particular when it comes to a higher number of objective functions, many open questions remain. This talk will provide an overview on existing results for hypervolume-based multiobjective optimization and discuss promising new directions.
